Includes:
Exterior elevations: Included are front, rear, left and right side views of the exterior of the house. Exterior materials, construction details and measurements are also noted.
Foundation Plan: Includes layout of foundation support walls, plus excavated and unexcavated areas, if applicable. Generally, not site specific.
These blueprints illustrate the configuration of each level in the home, featuring the measurements of rooms, dimensions of windows and doors, and symbols for sectional details that appear later in the documentation. Some designs do not encompass plans for engineered floor joists, ceiling joists, or roofs. However, local or manufacturing engineers can readily provide the necessary services tailored to specific regional conditions.
Roof Plan: Includes the overall layout for roof construction. If trusses are used, we recommend using a local truss manufacturer to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Not Included
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) schematics are excluded from this set of plans. Our team includes skilled engineers capable of customizing these designs to suit your specific needs and property, available for an extra charge.
